  1. Processing Time:

    • All our canvas art products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2-4 days for standard orders, for personalised canvas art will take 2-6 days as this is a custom product.
  2. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order. We strive to offer the most reasonable rates available.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • Delivery times may vary based on your location. Generally, deliveries within the UK take 2-3 working days from dispatch. We do not ship Internationally.
  4. Tracking:

    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

 

Returns ❌

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, you can cancel your order within 24 hours from the date of placing the order, provided production has not commenced. To cancel, please contact us at support@dalexidesigns.uk with your order details.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • We accept returns for defective or damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@dalexidesigns.uk with details and photos of the damage. For general cases, such as buyer’s remorse, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please email us at support@dalexidesigns.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  5. Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us at support@dalexidesigns.uk. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the new item and the same conditions as returns.#
