Why does it take 1-3 days to be crafted?

Our standard orders take approximately 1-3 days to complete and then shipped with 2-3 Day free delivery. This provides us with ample time to address any errors that may occur during the crafting process of your canvas, especially when we have numerous orders.

It ensures we can make any necessary corrections. Each canvas undergoes meticulous handcrafting, from printing, drying to glossing, drying and framing, before being carefully packaged. We do not use any 3rd party company to frame our canvas's.

Rest assured, we're committed to expediting the process and will make every effort to ensure your order is crafted promptly and shipped to you at the earliest convenience.

I want a personalized canvas, how long will it take?

Our personalized orders usually take 4-7 days to complete. The delivered with 2-3 Day Shipping. Once we receive your image and editing instructions, we dedicate a few days to edit your image depending on what you want edited. We also send you your finalized image and if happy with it we will then proceed to crafting your canvas.

I have not received my canvas and it has been over a week?

If you haven't received your canvas and it's been an extended period, please chat with us or contact us at support@dalexidesigns.uk.

We will promptly investigate the matter and work together to find a solution that best suits your needs. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What is the processing time for Christmas orders?

During the holiday season, especially with the chaos of last-minute orders, we encourage early planning. Given that all our canvases are meticulously handcrafted, the process requires time.

We assure you that we will do our utmost to expedite crafting and ensure your order is shipped at the earliest convenience. We also will announce on our homepage the delivery courier cut-off dates. So please check there for information.

Do you offer gift wrapping and custom message cards?

Currently, we include a special custom message card with every gift order. Just make sure to leave your message in the "special instructions box" when checking out your order.

Feel free to write your own message, or we can create one for you—just let us know at checkout. While we do not offer gift wrapping at this time, it will be available in the near future.

How are the canvas securely packaged for delivery?

Once we have completed your chosen canvas, we begin packaging by:

  • First covering the image with glassine paper or tissue paper to protect the image from rubbing.
  • Then securely wrap the canvas in large bubble wrap.
  • We then place the wrapped canvas in a strong, double-layered cardboard box and secure it with packaging tape.
  • For added protection, we mark the packages as fragile.

We assure you that your canvas will be securely packed and arrive without damage.

Are the canvases ready to hang upon arrival?

Our canvases are not ready to hang directly on your wall. We provide a hanging kit, which allows you the freedom to decide how you want to display your canvas.

Additionally, we include a professional, step-by-step guide on how to hang your canvas, ensuring you have support in case you encounter any problems or if it's your first time hanging a canvas.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping and only ship within the UK, as we are based in London.

However, we plan to expand our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
